March 10, 2010 will mark the 51st anniversary of the Tibetan Uprising in 1959, and the 2nd anniversary of the 2008 Uprising. Tibetans and Tibet supporters around the world will be gathering to mark the day with rallies and candlelight vigils.
VICTORIA - Candlelight Vigil & Peaceful Rally
Join the Tibetan Community of Victoria and the ATC Victorian Branch in a peaceful candlelight vigil and rally outside the State Library of Victoria.
The vigil will feature an address by the President of the Tibetan Community of Victoria and prayers led by Buddhist sangha. Please bring candles, flags and placards.
