Thousands of Tibetans staged protest in Tridu county in Yushu(Kyegudo) Prefecture in Qinghai province Wednesday morning.

About 1,400 Tibetan protesters carried banners and chanted slogans calling for return of Tibet’s exiled spiritual leader the Dalai Lama, freedom for Tibet, respect for Tibetan lives and Tibetan langauge and release of political prisoners including Panchen Lama. Read more
