Tibetan Uprising Day 2026 – Parliament House, Canberra
On Monday 10 March 2026, Australia Tibet Council and Tibetan Communities of Australia gathered in Canberra urging the Australian Government to make a clear statement to only recognising a future Dalai Lama appointed through Tibetan Buddhist traditions without interference from the Chinese Government.
