10 Dec 2025: Australian Parliamentary Delegation visit Tibetan community in Dharamsala, India.
Delegation included Australian All Party Parliamentary Group for Tibet (AAPGT) Co-Chair, Senator Barbara Pocock, and Sarah Witty MP and Kate Chaney MP.
The AAPGT members were also joined by parliamentarians from New Zealand and Fiji. The delegation was accompanied by Mr Karma Singey, Representative of His Holiness in Australia and the region, and ATC Executive Officer Dr Zoë Bedford.
As a part of the visit, the Australian delegation along with dignitaries from other countries were granted an audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama on the morning of 10 December 2025.

10 Dec 2025: Senator Barbara Pocock, Co-Chair of the AAPGT addressed an International Human Rights Day event in Dharamsala, India.
Senator Barbara Pocock and Australian Parliamentarians, Sarah Witty MP and Kate Chaney MP were guests at the event.
11 Dec 2025: The delegation and other parliamentarians from New Zealand and Fiji met with the Sikyong (President), Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration.
10 Dec 2025: Senator Barbara Pocock, Co-Chair of the AAPGT along with parliamentarians from several countries, spoke with Indian and Tibetan media about their trip to Dharamsala, India.
11 Dec 2025: The delegation also met with Kalon (Minister) Norzin Dolma, Minister for the Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR) of the Central Tibetan Administration.
